PERSYARATAN UMUM.
a. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia ;
b. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi-
tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada tanggal 1 Januari 2011 dan atau
yang memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 11 Tahun 2002
yaitu berusia 35 s.d 40 tahun per 1 Januari 2011, dengan melampirkan foto
copy sah surat keputusan pengangkatan pertama s.d terakhir, dari
kepala/pimpinan instansi pemerintah/lembaga swasta nasional yang
berbadan hukum dan menunjang kepentingan nasional di bidang
pelayanan dasar (Guru dan Tenaga Kesehatan) bagi Formasi Guru dan
Tenaga Kesehatan, telah mempunyai masa kerja sekurang-kurangnya 5
(lima) tahun secara terus menerus pada 17 April 2002 dan sampai dengan
sekarang masih bekerja (sehingga minimal masa kerja yang dimiliki 13
tahun 8 bulan per 1 Januari 2011) ; 2
c. Mempunyai kualifikasi pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian dan keterampilan yang
diperlukan ;
d. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan keputusan Pengadilan
yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena suatu tindakan pidana
kejahatan ;
e. Tidak pernah terlibat dalam suatu kegiatan / gerakan yang menentang Pancasila,
UUD 1945, Negara dan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia ;
f. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak
dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil / anggota TNI / POLRI atau
diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta ;
g. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia ;
h. Apabila mengundurkan diri setelah dinyatakan lulus dalam pengumuman ujian
tertulis, sanggup mengganti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan Panitia sebesar Rp.
10.000.000,- (sepuluh juta rupiah), dibuktikan dengan Surat Pernyataan yang
dibubuhi materai Rp. 6.000,- (enam ribu rupiah) ;
i. Telah terdaftar pada Kantor / Dinas Tenaga Kerja setempat, dibuktikan dengan Kartu
Pencari Kerja (AK.I) ;
j. Berkelakuan baik yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian
(SKCK) dari Kepolisian Resort (Polres) setempat ;
k. Sehat jasmani dan rohani dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan dari Dokter
Pemerintah ;
l. Tidak pernah mengkonsumsi/menggunakan narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor dan zat
adiktif lainnya dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan dari unit pelayanan kesehatan
pemerintah ;
m. Bersedia tidak mengajukan permohonan pindah instansi di luar Instansi Pemerintah
Kabupaten Jepara, sebelum memiliki masa kerja aktif sekurang-kurangnya 8
(delapan) tahun dihitung sejak Pengangkatan CPNS, dibuktikan dengan Surat
Pernyataan yang dibubuhi materai Rp. 6.000,- (enam ribu rupiah) ;

PERSYARATAN UMUM.
1. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia ;
2. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35

MINE ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT

Control, monitor and supervise Business Mining Process by variance in the Project mining operations to ensure production is achieved in accordance with Project parameters, project schedule and budget and in compliance with Petrosea and project safety and environmental policy and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
1) Provide leadership and direction to all mining engineering staff to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations to achieve production targets.
2) Responsible to implement long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
3) Responsible for the optimization and utilization of mining equipment by the Mining Supervisor to achieve production targets
4) Ensure smooth coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment..
5) Implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.
6) Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer.

Qualifications:

– Experience in operation and maintenance of production facilities especially for site building system including but not limited to utilities & HVAC, Architecture, Lighting, Plumbing, Fire protection & alarming, Grounds and strom water, elevators and material handling systems and other related building system. Preferable from civil background. (B)
– Experience in installation, operation and maintenance for mechanical system and equipment, preferable in rotating equipment (A)
– Experience in annual budget and forecast preparations, familiar with BPMIGAS budget schedule and HARMONI III preparations (C)
– Experience in managing all documentations for procurement & bidding process refering to PTK-BPMIGAS procedure and certified of PTK 007 (D)
– Experience in handling inventory and asset in oil & gas industry and HARMONI III preparations (E)
– Experience in industrial relations, personnel administration and general affair in oil & gas industry. This position will be based in Jambi (H)
– Experience in technical drawing, Auto CAD 2D & 3D for engineering support (I)
– Experience in AUDIT activity conducted by government auditors such as BPKP, BPMIGAS, Tax Office and BPK (F)
– Experience in provide legal assistance on the preparation of Bid Plan, contract, and other document related to procurement of goods and services. Preferable has experience in land acquisition matters (G)
